Processing includes, but is not limited to: manufacturing, checking, packaging and sending.
After all these procedures, the tracking number for your order will become available.
In order to process your order, you need to submit a form with required information about the product you have purchased and the shipping destination.
In this form, you will also specify if you want a special packing and a delivery service.

Free delivery — The average delivery time for our products is 3 to 5 days in Quebec. We have these long lead times, because all of our products are handcrafted and require a little longer delivery time.
When the package is posted by regular mail, then the time of receipt of your package may vary depending on the time of year. Natalia Bijoux cannot be held responsible for the delivery time.
If you want fast shipping and with a tracking number when paying for your purchase, you will be able to choose the delivery method.

The best way to store your jewellery is in a dry place. Store it in the original pouch or plastic bag. Exposure to air, humidity and sunlight could alter the appearance of your jewellery. If you are not wearing it often, it is best to keep it in a safe with little exposure to air.
One of the most common suggestions for taking care of your jewellery is to take off all jewellery before you shower. This is true for both gold and silver jewellery, as well as pearls, opals, turquoise and coral. Water can cause these materials to tarnish or turn black. It can also cause stones to lose their lustre or become pitted, which will change the appearance of the piece.
To prevent this damage from happening, it’s important to remove any jewellery before getting into the shower. This includes rings on every finger, earrings in your ears and necklaces around your neck. You might even want to take off bracelets if you’ve got them on both arms!

Refunds and exchanges are not offered for personalized bracelets. A fee of $10 will be charged to redo the bracelet.
When you order a personalized bracelet from us, you are agreeing to not receiving a refund or exchange. If you would like to have your bracelet redone with a different message, there is a $10 fee + shipping costs.
